Privacy Policy
Relab (the “Operator”) explains below how ReCouple AI and its flirting-analysis service process personal information.
1. Information we process
User-provided relationship context, conversation text, analysis questions, and structured relationship signals; optional result-delivery email, previous report link, and account information authorized through Kakao sign-in; plus access logs, hashed IP address, device and browser information, analytics identifiers, and payment order, amount, status, and method.
2. Purposes
We use this information to create and deliver reports, verify payment, restore account-linked reports, address security and errors, respond to support requests, and understand service performance. Optional reminder or product-update emails are sent only after separate consent.
3. Retention
Relationship inputs and reports are retained while needed to provide and restore the service, and are deleted upon a verified deletion request or service closure unless law requires retention. A product's three-month access commitment is not an automatic deletion date. Marketing consent is retained until withdrawal; payment and transaction records are retained for legally required periods.
4. Service providers
We may use Supabase for database and authentication, OpenAI for AI report generation, the payment provider displayed at checkout, Resend for requested email delivery, PostHog for product analytics, and Google Analytics for public-page visits, acquisition, and purchase-conversion measurement. Google Analytics may receive analytics identifiers, public page paths, acquisition parameters, and payment order ID, amount, currency, and product tier. We do not send private report URLs, relationship narratives, or conversation text to Google Analytics. Only information needed for each function is provided. Delivery email is removed before AI-generation requests, and relationship narratives are not sent to payment providers. Some processing may occur on overseas infrastructure subject to contractual and technical safeguards.
5. Third-party conversation data
Remove names, phone numbers, account IDs, and specific workplace or school identifiers before submitting a conversation. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for the analysis.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent. Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact recouple-ai@recouple-ai.com with the report ID and request.
7. Security and contact

8. Effective date
This Policy takes effect on October 4, 2026. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
